QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS

Q: What are Dental Implants?

A: Dental Implants are a replacement for lost teeth where the root is no longer present. If you have missing teeth and are interested in your options to replace them, the doctor may recommend implants, if you are a good candidate. He will first give you a comprehensive evaluation and take a digital panoramic X-ray.

Q: Why do I need Digital X-rays?

A: Digital X-rays are a great diagnostic tool that enable us to see inside your tooth with the minimal amount of exposure. A Panoramic X-ray gives us an excellent view of all your teeth and bone. We would like to evaluate a full view of your entire mouth, so we can rule out any serious issues that may be hidden. A Panoramic X-ray can also help us determine if you have sufficient bone for implants. Bitewings are then taken yearly to evaluate the most common surfaces for hidden decay. A periapical x-ray gives us a view of the entire tooth including the root. At different times each of these tools are invaluable for determining how best to proceed with your treatment.

Q: Is our office wheelchair accessible?

A: Yes, there is a access ramp to enter the building, with an automatic door. We are located on the first floor for your convenience.

Q: What payment methods are accepted?

A: We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. In addition, we offer short term financing plans with no interest through both  Care Credit and Springstone Financial.
